Our factory is occupied an area of 50,000 square meters, staffed over 1500, accredited ISO9001: 2000 by SGS, running two shifts, with monthly output over 300K pieces.
Equipped in-house facilities include: High Speed SMT Machines, including introducing non-metal equipment in compliance with the new regulations to be released soon in Europe, Microwave oven, Full-Functional High & Low Temperature Testing equipment, High voltage testing instrument, Curing line, MPEG decoder Board Assembly Line, Finished products Assembly Line, and other necessary testing devices to make sure products outcome of stable quality.
Our QC people have a rate over 20%, including Technicians over 10%. They're very experienced and quite professional in this industry. From the beginning we follow the requirement of ISO9001, to supervise all the processes, including Supplier's evaluation and management, IQC control, PQC, to QA. Constant improvement and sustainable development are our goal.
